    The Capitol Center's mission is to be a resource for the entire community. In its 1,310-seat theater, the Center has presented a wide mix of high-quality events, including Broadway shows, dance performances, pop and country stars, family shows, international performances, school-time shows and business conferences and seminars. Today, the Capitol Center for the Arts is the largest and most successful performing arts center in NH and has helped position Concord as a cultural destination.

    The Capitol Center also houses The Governor's Hall, a full-service function room that can accommodate up to 350 guests, and the adjacent Kimball House, a Victorian mansion featuring a stately, formal dining room and board room.

  1. Detailed Directions:  From points south: Take 93 North to Exit 13 (Manchester Street exit). Take a left at the bottom of the ramp. Continue straight as Manchester Street changes to South Main Street. Proceed approximately one mile to CCA on left, between Concord Street and Thompson Street. From points north: Take 93 South to Exit 13 (Manchester Street exit). Take a right at the bottom of the ramp. Continue straight as Manchester Street changes to South Main Street. Proceed approximately one mile to CCA on left, between Concord Street and Thompson Street. From points west: Take 89 South to the Concord exit, onto 93 North and follow directions from "points south" (above). From points east: Take Route 4 West onto I-393 toward Concord. Take 93 South to Exit 13 and follow directions from "points north" (above). From western MA: Take 495 North to 93 North and follow directions from "points south" (above). From southwest NH: Take Route 3 North to 293 North to 93 North and follow directions from "points south" (above).
  2. Transportation/Parking:  Free on-street parking is available in the evenings on Main Street. Free parking is also available on Concord Street and Storrs Street. From the CCA, take Theatre Street (directly across from the CCA) down the hill to Storrs Street. The city's newest public parking garage, at Capital Commons, is on Storrs Street, two blocks north of the Capitol Center. A second public parking garage is located several blocks away - between North State and Warren Streets. Another is located on North State Street, next to the YMCA.
  3. Tickets:  When is the Box Office open? The Box Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. through 6 p.m. Between Labor Day and Memorial Day, the Box Office is also open on Saturdays, 11 a.m. through 2 p.m. Additionally, the Box Office is open one hour prior to each show for ticket sales exclusively to that performance and closes one-half hour after the performance begins. Where can I view a seating chart? Seating charts are available at the Box Office and online. Visit ccanh.com, then click on "About the CCA" and then "Seat chart." For reserved seating performances you will select your seats on the seat map when ordering tickets.
